DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are not currently shipping items. (We will be soon! Stay Tuned!)
We will coordinate in person pickup/drop-off with customers for online orders; otherwise, please look for us at local pop up markets and events.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the small scale of our business and the custom nature of many of our products; returns and refunds are generally NOT provided. However, in the exceptional cases (ex. damage in transit) or other extenuating circumstances, an exchange or refund may be provided at our discretion.
We do want you to be happy with your experience at Thimble and Seed; and will do our best to ensure an equitable resolution for any issues that may arise.
