This consult is an expansion of the Wisdom and Whimsy consult.  
An hour long deep dive into where you would like to bring more herbal or botanical support into your life in general.  
Whether it is through tea ritual,  planting a mini herb garden, or finding new relationships with herbal medicine; Roots of Expression seeks to help draw your awareness towards that which grounds you and nourishes you.

Series

Wild Alchemy is a series of four one hour consults over a period of 2-4 months. 
This series seeks to target specific elements of your life and nourish them over time; building a framework to support you throughout your life. 

Incorporating elements of herbal wellness, creative expression, and connection to nature.
