To which I always reply, "Well, it depends"
If we look at herbs through an allopathic lens of X treatment for Y symptom; we're missing not only a vast and vibrantly complex world of herbal support; but we also might be missing the mark entirely.
I thought I would take a moment here and give honor to some of my teachers; because nothing I share with others is new, nothing is "mine", it is all an amalgamation of the wisdom and learning I have gathered over my lifetime distilled through my own unique lens.
